There it goes. The last bit of privacy, I hope we’re all happy! Online people finders are available to anyone now. Apparently you can use almost any bit of information to pull up a profile on almost anyone, including home address and such. For example if you use type in a phone number, the Free People Finder will bring up a physical address for you. I haven’t checked all of them but I think cell phones are still safe. By safe I mean they don’t typically pull up a physical address. Whew! But what if you don’t want someone to know all of that? Personally, I will be unlisted from now until forever in order to protect my own privacy. Being free, I think this service will eventually add yet another dimension to the already vast world of information available at our fingertips. Also, i'm looking forward to seeing how people will use this service. Of course, it still remains true that “you get what you pay for”. The People Finders that charge a fee offer better service and maintain a reliable database. For example some vendors provide online access to public records like real estate records, lawsuits, liens, judgments, bankruptcies, UCCs, motor vehicle registrations, OSHA violations and even corporate records. On the other hand some companies are just using this to help people find old friends from school, connecting “singles” from the same area or employers in general are even using the technique. Yahoo and AOL both have free people finders. Between this and free background checks it looks like there are no more secrets. So fess up! You know what... never mind. I don’t want to know.

She stayed with the show for it's entire eight year duration. Jodie Leanne Sweetin was born January 19, 1982 in L.A., Caliornia. Her parents are Sam Sweetin and Janice Sweetin. Her biography can be viewed on wikipedia.com

The real news is what she has been up to since leaving the public eye. Appearently Jodie Sweetin married Shaun Holguin in late July of 2002. That's hot! Oh, sorry Paris. She still has contact with the cast of "Full House", she reportedly attended the real-life wedding of her old co-star (Stephanie's older sister, DJ) Candace Cameron. Candace was married during the summer of 1996. Most of the old "Full House" cast attended both the wedding of Candice and Jodie. Jodie Sweetin still receives royalties from "Full House" which airs in almost every country now. Wow.

I always think its funny when your typical dude is suprised to see that a young girl has grown up to be a woman. I mean what did you think was going to happen. Anyway, I wonder if there is any animosity between Jodie Sweetin and the Olsen twins. They've grown up to become millionares and Jodie just sort of leads a normal life. Hopefully there's no hard feelings. Here are some funny quotes I found from fans of sort.

Jackson

Tyler O'Brien wants to learn more about their influence on rotting corpses.

At the University of Northern Iowa, Tyler O'Brien envisions turning some prime Iowa pasture into a body farm, where human bodies -- buried, stuffed in car trunks or exposed to the elements -- can provide scholars and criminalists with new data on human decay.

The Midwest offers a flat and open landscape exposed to wind, rain, sun, snow and extreme temperature shifts. It also offers an entirely new spectrum of plants, rodents and bugs, whose life cycle can provide clues about when someone was killed or when the body was dumped.

O'Brien is seeking a grant of $400,000 to $500,000 from the National Institute of Justice and other organizations to obtain the land and set up the project.

Bodies used at the farm would be donated by families in the region much the same as they donate a body for medical research. At the Tennessee body farm, more than 100 people have filed donor applications this year, up from last year, and more than 600 are on file from the past 10 years, according to Dr. Richard Jantz, director of the university's Forensic Anthropology Center.
Cunningham also admitted to tax evasion in 2004.

Cunningham, answered "Yes, Your Honor," when asked by U.S. District Judge Larry A. Burns if he had accepted bribes in exchange for his performance of official duties.

The plea agreement, said he must forfeit his house in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.; $1,851,508 in cash; and a long list of furniture and carpets (below). The agreement also stated that he will cooperate "in the investigation and prosecution of others."

Among the list of items cited on the government’s plea agreement are a series of payments to the congressman over the past few years, including a graduation party for his daughter ($2,081); the purchase and upkeep of a yacht, the purchase and upkeep of a Rolls-Royce (~$21,500); antiques and rugs including:

·	Louis-Philippe commode ($7,200)
·	Three antique nightstands
·	A leaded-glass cabinet
·	A washstand
·	A buffet
·	Four armoires

Cunningham also accepted a payment to cover the tax from selling his house to a defense contractor. Defense contractor Mitchell J. Wade had purchased Cunningham’s house. Cunningham then took actions to obtain government funding that benefited the defense contractors involved and pressured Pentagon officials to award the necessary contracts to those contractors. Prosecutors said Cunningham was also given $1.025 million to pay down the mortgage on his new Rancho Santa Fe mansion.

Here’s the "ringer", in 2004 Cunningham reported taxable income of $121,079, when his actual income was at least $1,215,458.

Cunningham acknowledged, "I broke the law, concealed my conduct and disgraced my high office. I know that I will forfeit my freedom, my reputation, my worldly possessions, and most importantly, the trust of my friends and family."

They're the daughters of National Vanguard writer and activist April Gaede, who is also their manager.

Lynx plays violin and Lamb plays guitar, they both sing. Just in case you’re interested they’re currently taking orders for their second album entitled The Path We Chose. The two have been called the Olsen Twins of the white nationalist movement and have stirred much controversy. According to Media Orchard both Time and Teen People had an entire piece on the two but wound up pulling the articles. The magazine actually wiped out any record of even having the article. Their lyrics can be viewed on there homepage. Apparently the duo will tone down the otherwise strong message for certain crowds. In an interview the couple was quoted as saying. “It's not that we're embarrassed about our message or our songs that are more obviously pro-white, it's that we know that if certain people complained about the content of our songs (like if we use the term "Aryan"), we might not be allowed to play again at that venue.” Here is a music video of the duo.

"It really breaks my heart to see those two girls spewing out that kind of garbage," said Ted Shaw, civil rights advocate and president of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund — though Shaw points out that the girls aren't espousing their own opinions but ones they're being taught.

Personally, I’m embarrassed! But apparently the two have advocates. Here is a quote from a related blog.

Anonymous said...
Is not America great when multi-culturalism and diversity applies to the white race now in America? These beautiful girls with their pretty blue eyes are darling and I wish them much success. I hope that they stay with their style of singing folk songs, and never stray down the path that Britney and Madonna did! God Bless America! The white race has a place in this grand melting pot of diversity again.

Finally, there is plenty of buzz on this topic. How much of this actually matters is really up to you. Here are some links I have found.
The long and short of it is that photos of the newborn leaked out before they were supposed to. Who cares! Don’t all newborns look the same anyway? People Magazine finally published photos of the baby and parents, all smiling on the cover. Sean Preston was born at UCLA Hospital at 5 am and weighed in at 6 pounds 11 ounces. Reportedly the baby has a head full of dark curly hair. Speaking of hair, notice from the picture that Kevin Federline shaved his. Kevin Federline shaved his head!? All that hair is gone, it must have been down to his waist before. (PHOTO) The new mother, who has shed a lot of her baby weight, is negotiating a post-pregnancy fitness video, where she will proudly flaunt her flat tummy. Apparently she is lining up a host of celebrity mothers to star in that video.

Regardless, all the hype over baby pictures has taken focus away from the more obvious topic. Britney's remixes album "B In The Mix" is now in stores. The album will reach Germany and Ireland on November 25th it hits, on the 28th it hits the rest of Europe and to the rest of the world by December 4th. Apparently the dog’s ugliness was overshadowed by his warm relationship with owner Susie Lockheed. The relationship between Susie and Sam is apparent on their blog. The ugly dog was actually treated to limousine rides, TV appearances and was given a chance to meet Donald Trump. The official web site says it best, “There can be love, affection and respect for even the seemingly unattractive souls of this world.”

Although dog shelters originally considered the ugly dog “un-adoptable”, Lockheed took him in on a 48-hour trial period. The initial “rabid dog” act began to simmer down as the dog became accustomed to its new environment. The ugly dog repulsed her boyfriend so much that the guy broke up with Susie. Ironically, the relationship between the ugly dog and owner caught the attention of Susie's current boyfriend while he was browsing an online dating site.

Although the purebred Chinese crested hairless won the hearts of many, the ugly dogs veterinarian suggested it be “put to sleep” just short of it’s 15th birthday. Looks like Sam will be fetching the ugly stick in doggie heaven. (research)

It looks like Debra LaFave is “off the hook” regarding any real prison sentence. LaFave's sentence was light compared to the three years that the boys’ parents had initially asked for. The boys’ mother had become concerned for his psychological well-being and added that her son would not testify but only "wants to resume his life in as normal a manner as possible."

"We believe that this was a very fair resolution of this case," said defense attorney John Fitzgibbons, adding that LaFave avoided prison time with a plea of guilt and will be allowed to continue her mental health treatment.

Unfortunately this isn't the first of these type occurrences. Similar cases of ephebophilia, where the adult is primarily attracted to adolescents, (not to be confused with pedophilia, where the adult is primarily attracted to pre-pubescent individuals) include Pamela Rogers Turner, Mary Kay Fualaau (formerly Mary Kay Letourneau) and Karen Ellis.

Lots of chatter on this topic;

Anonymous said...

If this was turned the other way around, it would be rape.. Boy 24 and girl 14... So why should it be different for a woman?

Ethicsscoreboard.com has...

At the risk of stating the obvious for anyone with an ethical IQ above freezing, let's review what's wrong with this line of reasoning. To begin with, there are a couple of important principles at stake here:

1. The principle that a child does not have the requisite maturity or experience to knowingly consent to a sexual relationship with an adult. Thus this becomes a case in which a supposedly mature adult woman exploited the immaturity of an adolescent for her own sexual gratification.

2. The principle that authority figures have special coercive powers over those they supervise, and thus any use of that power to create a sexual relationship is a breach of professionalism and trust.

3. Parents entrusted their children to Mrs. Lafave to help them read better, not to provide them with advanced sexual training. Not only did the teacher violate this trust, she also did so without any permission from her boy-toy's legal guardians.

Then there's the little matter of Debra's husband, who is now in the process of divorcing her. She turned a young teenager into an accomplice to an adulterous relationship. How will this affect him in the future? Who knows? Who knows what emotional attachment he formed with his fantasy-come-to-life teacher girl friend? Will it affect his ability to form normal relationships with women his own age? Will he trust a teacher again? In these and so many other ways, Lafave put her student at risk.

An interesting thought on the matter is that the punishment for such an act is actually preventing further occurrences. That being said, it seems the punishment for such an act may have lessened over time. Have our morals devolved to a lesser common denominator? Check out the age of consent in other countries. FYI, of the aforementioned cases two of them ended with jail and one with a fine.

The shootings happened at the Borden home near Lititz, Pa. following an argument over Kara Borden's curfew time.

According to the latest report, authorities are unsure of the couples intentions in Indiana but have picked up both suspects after a police chase ending in the wrecking of a red Volkswagen Jetta.

The story goes that David Ludwig shot Michael F. Borden after an hour long argument over Kara Borden's curfew. Kara's sister (13) saw Ludwig shoot her dad and ran to the bathroom where she then heard the shot that killed her mother, Cathryn L. Borden. The younger brother(9) ran to the neighbors, who then called 911. The story gets pretty hairy as the details begin to unfold. For example, both parents were shot directly in the head with a .40 caliber handgun from Ludwig's extensive hunting collection found during a search of his home.

Authorities say that Kara Beth Borden is being protected as a victim in this case.

So let me get this straight! David Ludwig (18) shot the parents (both 50 years old) of his girlfriend (14) because they wouldn't let her stay out late. Then, he takes her on a 600 mile excursion ending with a confrontation between his car and a tree - the tree in a ditch on the wrong side of the road! It was Saturday night, they probably wanted her to go to church the next morning. Needless to say, it looks as if somebody will be "checked into the ol' motel" for a while.

If you insist, the couples personal web sites have been posted by an unpublished author but have most likely been abandoned by now. Even though, I felt Ludwig's photoblog served as a harmless insight. Also, I couldn't help but notice that the Ludwig name is shared with the famous musical composer Ludwig van Beethoven. Both Ludwig's having been chronically tormented by their desire for...well, I'll let you make a connection.
